I love this outfit and it was so much fun to come up with. it consist of 2 pieces first is the shirred top it is white and i have appliqued a whale using a blue and white dot fabric i have also made the straps and ruffle hem from the dot fabric. I added red ric-rac to the bottom above the ruffle. The bottoms can be pants or capris, made from the dot fabric and has the red ricrac on hem.can be made size 12m up to size 7.

Silly Mermaid hair clip. I made this clip with clay and have added a sealer for added durability and shine. It features a cute blonde mermaid in the ocean who is holding a seashell. It was so much fun to make. I have attached a small french barrette on the back to use above a pony tail.
