WHAT I LOVE TO SELL ON EBAY: Girls' Old fashioned Dresses - almost all with pantaloons. I love things that are vintage or vintage inspired. I do some regular boutique too, and now I'm getting interested in Euro styles.
HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN DESIGNING: I started about 16 years ago, at a time when I was out of work and craft shows were all the rage. I made up 12 dresses for a small local show and sold them all - and I was hooked!
HOW LONG HAVE YOU SOLD ON EBAY: Just a little over a year. I sold my first dress on ebay in October 2006.
WHERE DOES YOUR INSPIRATION COME FROM? All things vintage, and fabrics! Of course, I have a huge stash, and sometimes I just look at the fabrics, and they "tell me what to make", lol. Oh, and I can't leave out the wonderful designers here. I love to look at what everyone creates - sometimes I'll see something and it acts as a "springboard" for my imagination.
IF THERE WAS ONE THING YOU WOULD LOVE TO LEARN WHAT IS IT? Only one thing???!!! OKay, well that would be applique, right now. I'm getting ready to do my first piece!

this adorable little wrap dress using the “Anna” pattern by Farbenmix. The dreamy aqua blue fabric is from the “Free Spirit” Prism collection. The dress is embellished with seven whimsical cupcake appliqués. I have created the frosted cupcake tops with super soft minky and velboa velour fabrics for a “sweet” touch. The hem is finished with a hand gathered ruffle and embellished with a dainty vintage pink cotton rick rack. This dress is fully lined with the “Free Spirit” aqua colored fabric.
